Kenneth E. Randall, Enrolled Agent

Firm Owner
Education: B.S. in Business Administration with major in Accounting and minor in Economics, Indiana University of Pennsylvania
Experience: Over 24 years of experience working in public accounting and serving almost every type of business. Extensive experience in income tax preparation, tax consulting and planning, financial statement analysis and preparation, financial planning and forecasting, IRS negotiation, settlements and audit representation.

Kimberly Donovan, CPA
Education: B.S. in Accounting, Pennsylvania State University
M.S. in Sustainable Systems, Slippery Rock University
Experience: Over 15 years experience in the accounting field including work in public accounting and industry. Ms. Donovan is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has received a peer review letter of acceptance. A peer review letter of acceptance indicates that a CPA complies with the appropriate professional standards and practices set forth in the regulations of the state licensing board. Her experience includes corporation, individual, estate and non-profit tax return preparation and audit, review and compilation of financial statements.
